About CHASE MANSMANN

I began my official fitness journey in 2007. Since then one’s fitness, mine and others’, is my mission.  Year after year, I have poured my time into learning, discerning and DOING the different aspects of fitness. From bodybuilding, powerlifting, Crossfit, kettlebells, strength and conditioning, spin class and group fitness instructor, etc. You name it, I’ve done it!  And I have discovered that while each of these can be enjoyable on their own, it’s one’s ability to pick up on any given day and participate in ANYTHING that drives my fitness journey.

Every year I continue to deep dive into new information to continue my education and fitness journey with the desire of passing some of that knowledge onto my clients.  My goal is to make us the most capable form of ourselves!
