About Chase Mansmann

I began my official fitness journey in 2007. Since then fitness, mine and others, is my mission.  Year after year, I have poured my time into learning, discerning and DOING the different aspects of fitness. From bodybuilding, powerlifting, Crossfit, kettlebells, strength and conditioning, spin class, group fitness instructor, etc. You name it, I’ve done it!  And I have discovered that while each of these can be enjoyable on their own, it’s one’s ability to pick up on any given day and participate in ANYTHING that drives my fitness journey.
