  • Step 3: Your Goals, Your Blueprint On our Zoom call, we dive deep into your intake. I ask about your lifestyle, preferences, and goals – no cookie-cutter plans here. I build your personalized battle plan and help you see that fitness doesn’t have to mean suffering. Lightbulb moment: You can actually enjoy this.

  • Step 4: No Pressure, Just Options We go over coaching options and pricing – transparently and without pressure. You won’t get a pushy sales pitch here. You make the decision that’s right for you.

  • Step 5: You’re In – Let’s Get Started. You sign up (maybe on a Wednesday ), and we begin right away.
